Nursing Education

Nursing education is the scientific research consists of the theoretical and practical training provided to nurses to prepare them for their duties as nursing care professionals. It helps to establish a scientific foundation for the nursing care across the lifespan  of the  individuals—from the control of patients for the duration of illness and healing, to the reduction of risks for disease and disability and to promote healthy living.The specialty of nursing is that the Registered nurses work with individuals, families, groups, and communities, assessing their mental health needs. The PMH nurse develops a nursing diagnosis and plan of care, implements process, and evaluates it for effectiveness. PMH-APRNs assess, diagnose, and treat individuals and families with psychiatric disorders using their full scope of therapeutic skills, including the prescription of medication and administration of psychotherapy.
